Field Support Engineer

We are searching this position for a client providing a national digital radio communication network and infrastructure, currently focusing on modernisation of the critical communication network.
Vaše úlohy
- Working with telecommunication systems
- Maintaining of these systems and troubleshooting HW/SW on-site or remotely
- Keeping the IP network components in good condition
- Managing the support tickets with technical questions from customers
- Assisting in planning and executing new network installations
- Helping with creating technical documents
- Participating with new system integration
- Participating in 24/7 support hotline
- Overall assurance of effectivity and reliability of communication systems
Vaše kvalifikácie
- Electrical certificate: 508/2008, § 21 (at least), required
- Completed university education in IT network or telecommunication field
- CCNA certificate is an advantage
- Interest in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Willingness to learn the new things
- Ability to provide support both on-site and remotely
- Active knowledge of the English language is a must (level B2 minimum)
- Driving licence: B category - active driver
- Willingness to travel
- Willingness to participate in 24/7 hotline support
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Position is suitable for fresh graduates
