Marketing Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist which would like to plan and executes events and other marketing activities across a several countries. This role is primarily project manager who co-ordinates internal resources, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

Mainly responsibilities are:

• Events consultation and planning
• Events preparation (co-ordinate all parties involved in an event, manage event assets)
• Events execution and post-event activities (from start to finish, provide reporting and insights from the event)
• Stakeholder management (educate internal and external stakeholders, advisor on tools used for events planning and execution)

• Fluency in English
• MS Office intermediate or advance
• Work efficiency
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple events and activities and ability to prioritize
• 2+ years experiences in marketing event management / project management
